What to do if the time on the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg doesn't run?

If the time on the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg doesn't run, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
  1. When using a high-temperature program such as the Sterilizer or High-Temperature Wash function, and the water temperature exceeds 60 °C, the machine will enter the cooling cycle during draining. During this period, the timer will not run until the cooling cycle is complete.
  2. When excessive foam accumulates inside the machine, the machine will defoam to prevent overflow. During this period, the timer will not run until the defoaming cycle is complete.
  3. When using a drying program, the machine will enter the cooling cycle after the drying cycle ends, and the timer will not run until the temperature drops.
  4. During the spin cycle, the laundry inside the machine will be turned over. If the laundry inside is uneven, the machine will not run until the laundry inside is uneven. When the washing machine is balanced, it will automatically adjust its balance. During this time, the timer will not run, and high-speed spin will not be possible. Once the clothes are balanced, the high-speed spin cycle will resume, and the timer will continue to decrease. If the clothes do not balance for a long time, try pausing the washing machine, removing the clothes, shaking them loose, and then placing them back in the spin drum to continue spinning. Because clothes cannot maintain a stable trajectory in the spin drum, please follow the following instructions to minimize this problem:
(1). Place clothes in a mixed pattern. Do not spin small items individually.
(2). Place clothes in a dispersed manner. If clothes are placed in a disorderly manner, they may become tangled, causing an imbalance.
If the above methods still do not solve the problem, please apply for local after-sales service center inspection.
