What to do if the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg keeps filling with water?

If the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg keeps filling with water, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
  1. Check whether the water intake exceeds the door. If so, request an after-sales inspection.
  2. Check the water inlet filter for blockage. A clogged filter can cause water flow to become clogged, leading to prolonged water retention. Clean the filter.
(1). Turn off the water tap and unplug the power cord. Loosen and remove the water inlet hose from the back of the washer dryer. Cover the port with a cloth to prevent water from spraying out.
(2). Pull out the filter cover from the water inlet valve hole with nipper pliers and clean it thoroughly.
(3). Use a brush to clean the inside and the outside of the threaded connector.
(4). Reinstall the water inlet valve filter cover. Turn on the water tap and make sure there is no water leakage at the connection.
  1. Check the water pressure to be between 0.05 and 0.8 MPa. Low water pressure can cause water to not flow in. Alternatively, avoid peak usage periods. If this doesn't resolve the issue, it's recommended to purchase a booster pump, but adjust the water pressure to no more than 0.8 MPa.
  2. Observe whether the drain hose is draining simultaneously with the washing machine's intake. If so, the drain hose is positioned too low. Since the washing machine has a top-drain design, lift the drain hose to the latch on the back of the washing machine.
