The Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg is designed to save water. It is normal for the water intake to be low. The water intake will generally not exceed the bottom edge of the door.
If the washing machine can work normally, please feel free to use it. If the washing machine does not work due to low water intake, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
Turn the faucet on full blast.
If the environment is cold, make sure the water inlet hose is not blocked.
Check the water inlet hose for kinks that could cause water flow obstruction.
Check the water inlet filter for blockage. A clogged filter can cause water flow obstruction. Clean the filter.
(1). Turn off the water tap and unplug the power cord. Loosen and remove the water inlet hose from the back of the washer dryer. Cover the port with a cloth to prevent water from spraying out.
(2). Pull out the filter cover from the water inlet valve hole with nipper pliers and clean it thoroughly.
(3). Use a brush to clean the inside and the outside of the threaded connector.
(4). Reinstall the water inlet valve filter cover. Turn on the water tap and make sure there is no water leakage at the connection.
Check that the water pressure is between 0.05 and 0.8 MPa. Low water pressure can cause water flow obstruction. Alternatively, avoid peak usage hours. If this problem persists, we recommend purchasing a booster pump, but keep the water pressure below 0.8 MPa.
