There can be too many obstacles around the charging dock. Please place it in an open area, ensuring at least 0.5 meters on both sides and 1.5 meters in front are clear of obstacles.
The robot vacuum did not start cleaning from the charging dock, so it can fail to locate it afterward. Try to start cleaning from the charging dock whenever possible.
The robot vacuum was moved during cleaning. In such cases, it can fail to reposition itself. Please place it back on the charging dock before starting a new task.
If the sensors on the charging dock or the robot vacuum are covered with dust or debris, the vacuum can fail to detect the dock. Regularly clean both the charging dock sensors and the vacuum's charging contacts to ensure proper docking.
