If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40 Pro won’t power on, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
  1. The battery can be depleted. Please place the robot vacuum on the charging dock to recharge.
  2. If the ambient temperature is too low (below 0 ℃) or too high (above 50 ℃), use the robot vacuum in a 0–50 ℃ environment.
  3. Make sure the charging dock is powered, the charging contacts are clean and free of oxidation, and the dock is not damaged or sunken.
  4. Make sure to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
  5. If it still fails to power on after charging, please contact the after-sales service center for assistance.
