When using the Xiaomi 15T Pro, a residual QR code or faint image briefly remains on the screen after closing a third-party App. This occurs when the same static image is displayed for an extended period, causing a temporary afterimage effect. This is a normal characteristic of OLED screens, where pixel light-emitting materials take a short time to stabilize after brightness decay.
This phenomenon is temporary and will disappear automatically after a short period. It does not indicate screen burn-in and has no impact on long-term performance or image quality.
To maintain the best display condition, avoid keeping the same screen active for a long time or at high brightness levels. You can also enable Auto brightness or use Dark mode to minimize image persistence.
