Why does text appear smeared in Dark mode on the Xiaomi 15T Pro?

Thank you for your support of Xiaomi. When the Xiaomi 15T Pro is used in Dark mode, slight text smearing or trailing effects can appear while scrolling or refreshing pages. This happens because OLED screens control brightness at the pixel level. During rapid transitions—especially at high refresh rates like 120 Hz—the first frame does not reach full brightness immediately. As a result, dark text against a bright background or vice versa can appear slightly blurred for a brief moment.
This is a normal display characteristic of OLED panels and does not affect overall image quality or performance. Each device undergoes strict quality and consistency inspections before shipment to ensure stable display performance.
To ensure an optimal experience, please refer to the following information:
  1. Adjust the refresh rate to 60 Hz or 120 Hz and select the option that provides the best experience.
  2. Go to [Settings] >> [Display & brightness] >> switch to [Light mode] to eliminate the issue.
