A slight water spray immediately after preheating is normal during the initial use;
If the iron experiences a short power interruption and is restarted, do not press the steam boost button immediately, or dripping can occur;
Water dripping during the first use is caused by residual water in the internal pipeline and is normal, it is not a machine malfunction;
Press the steam boost button with at least a 5-second interval to prevent excessive steam, which can cause water droplets to accumulate on the ironing soleplate;
Accidentally pressing the steam boost button while the iron is cold or powered off can cause water to drip from the ironing soleplate. This is normal and not a malfunction;
In case of heavy water spraying, check whether the iron is powered on and fully heated. If both are normal, contact after-sales service;
If water sprays throughout use after preheating and the ironing soleplate temperature is low, the ironing soleplate function is impaired. Have it checked by after-sales service.
