In [Settings] >> enable [Station’s assisted washing]. After the main unit leaves the omni station, check whether water comes out.
If there is no water output, check whether the sealing ring is missing or damaged (replace if needed), then press the clean water tank back into place.
During mop washing, if the system shows “Pause mop washing,” remove the main unit and wipe the charging contacts on both the main unit and the station, then place it back in position.
Check whether excessive cleaning solution, non-official cleaning solution, or strong acid/alkaline cleaners have been added, as they can cause blockage or corrosion in the water path. Rinse with clean water immediately and try again. If the issue remains, contact after-sales support.
