If the laser sensor on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro is abnormal, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
Restart or force restart the robot vacuum.
Check for and install the latest firmware update.
Check and remove any foreign objects, hair, or debris from the top lidar. Wipe the black lenses on the front and sides of the robot vacuum, and check for wear.
If the problem persists, contact the after-sales support. If the error disappears but recurs occasionally, submit feedback through the Xiaomi Home App’s Help & Feedback section.
