Check whether the router's external network connection is normal. You can try to open a web browser on your mobile phone or a computer connected to Wi-Fi to see if it is smooth.
Confirm the distance between the router and the robot is within 5 meters, and no walls obstruct the signal. You can try to move the machine within 1-2 meters of the router and try to reconnect.
Try connecting to the mobile phone's Wi-Fi hotspot.
Check whether the router is connected to too many smart devices, causing the network to slow down or the router to be unresponsive. You can restart the router and try again.
Currently, the device does not support company EAP802.1x certified networks, 5 GHz signal networks, or public Wi-Fi networks that require web authentication. You need to switch networks again and try to connect.
After the network is disconnected, if the device does not reconnect within 1 hour, the Wi-Fi module will disable its network connection function, and the Wi-Fi indicator will start flashing. You need to restart the main unit to restore the connection.
Check whether the mobile phone has restricted the App's permissions, such as network access and location. Please allow these permissions and try again.
Connection failures can also be related to the phone model. Try connecting with another phone of a different model.
If the device still cannot connect, reset the main unit and try reconnecting.
