If the indicator on the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW100 Dual is not on, please refer to the following steps:
Open the [Xiaomi Home] App;
Go to the real-time surveillance interface;
Tap the three-dot icon at the right top of the screen;
Select [Camera settings];
Enable [Status light].
Note:
Ensure the device is properly powered on; a non-lit indicator can indicate no power or a faulty power adapter;
If the indicator remains off, try restarting the device or unplugging and reconnecting the power cable;
Check if the device firmware is up to date and upgrade it via the Xiaomi Home App if necessary;
If the issue persists after these steps, please request after-sales service for further inspection.
