If the Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro cannot connect to the Xiaomi Home App, please follow these steps:
Confirm that all necessary permissions in the Xiaomi Home App, such as location and Bluetooth, are enabled;
If all permissions are enabled but the device still cannot connect, with the printer powered on, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to reset the printer. After the device resets, delete the device card from the Xiaomi Home App home interface, then add the device again;
Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as the printer have trouble connecting over 5 GHz bands;
Make sure the Xiaomi Home App is updated to the latest version from the APP store, as outdated versions can cause compatibility issues.
