Why can’t the Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro connect to the Xiaomi Home App?

If the Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro cannot connect to the Xiaomi Home App, please follow these steps:
  1. Confirm that all necessary permissions in the Xiaomi Home App, such as location and Bluetooth, are enabled;
  2. If all permissions are enabled but the device still cannot connect, with the printer powered on, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to reset the printer. After the device resets, delete the device card from the Xiaomi Home App home interface, then add the device again;
  3. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as the printer have trouble connecting over 5 GHz bands;
  4. Make sure the Xiaomi Home App is updated to the latest version from the APP store, as outdated versions can cause compatibility issues.
