Why does the Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro not respond to print commands or fail to wake up?

When the Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro is offline, it cannot respond to print commands. It is necessary to reconnect to the printer via Bluetooth.
To reconnect the printer to the Xiaomi Home App via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
  1. With the printer powered on, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to restore factory settings. After the reset, when the Status Indicator starts flashing, the printer will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode;
  2. Open the Xiaomi Home App and tap the [+] icon in the upper right corner, then tap [Add device];
  3. Wait for the device to appear automatically. If it doesn’t, scroll down, select [Printer], and then choose [Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro] to add it manually;
  4. After the device appears, select the [Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro], then briefly press the printer’s power button to complete the network setup. Once connected, the printer is ready to use.
