What to do if there is no response to touch the screen of the Redmi A5?

If there is no response to touch the screen of the Redmi A5, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. If the third-party charging is used for charging, the mobile phone operation also appears that the mobile phone touch screen is not sensitive. It is recommended to use the original charger;
  2. Please check if there any water stains or sweat on the fingers. If so, please wipe your hands and try again;
  3. Press and hold the power button to force a shutdown and restart to see if this restores the phone to normal operation;
