Make sure the heater is powered on and running normally, and that Wi-Fi is enabled;
Confirm that the Wi-Fi network is working properly;
Unplug the power cord, wait for 10 seconds to let the device discharge, then plug it back in. Try resetting the heater’s Wi-Fi and reconnecting to the network;
The heater only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It cannot connect to 5GHz networks;
During setup, enable Bluetooth and location services on your phone and keep the phone close to the heater;
If the issue persists, try restarting your phone, router, and heater, then reconnecting.
