Make sure your phone and the heater are connected to a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network;
Ensure the heater is plugged in and powered on. A completely powered-off device cannot stay connected;
Move the heater closer to the router to avoid weak signal or interference from walls or furniture;
Restart your Wi-Fi router to refresh the connection;
Remove the device from the Xiaomi Home App, reset the heater’s network, and pair it again;
Use a different phone or tablet to check if the issue is device-specific;
If the issue persists, try restarting your phone, router, and heater, then reconnecting.
