What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 can’t reconnect to the Mi Fitness APP?
If the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 can’t reconnect to the Mi Fitness APP, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot: 1. Open the Mi Fitness APP and tap the [Connect] to check whether you can reconnect normally; 2. If you still cannot reconnect, turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and confirm whether the device is listed in your phone's Bluetooth settings. If it is connected, tap [Unpair] to confirm whether the reconnection is normal. If the Bluetooth is not connected to the device, you need to restart the device, then open the Mi Fitness APP and tap [Connect]; 3. If the above methods can’t solve the issue, restore the device to factory settings, and tap [Unpair]in the Bluetooth settings interface of your phone, and repair it in the Mi Fitness APP; 4. Check whether the device or phone has turned on [Battery saver]. Turning it on will cause Bluetooth to be unable to reconnect. If the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 can’t reconnect to the current phone when logging in to the same Xiaomi account on multiple phones: 1. Check the current interface displayed on the band. If it's on the QR code interface or language selection interface, unbind the device from the Mi Fitness APP on your phone and then re-scan to pair; 2.
