The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 uses Bluetooth wireless technology to connect to mobile phones. Wireless connection is affected by distance, radio frequency interference, obstruction and other factors, which cause the band and mobile phone to be disconnected. When this happens, the band will automatically reconnect to the phone after returning to the range of the phone.
If the band does not automatically reconnect after returning to the range, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Confirm whether the location permission of Mi Fitness APP is configured as [Allow all the time]. Only when it is configured as always allowed, the phone can open the Mi Fitness APP and reconnect to the band when the band returns to the range;
2. Try to remove the Mi Fitness APP and restart the Mi Fitness APP;
3. Try to turn off the Bluetooth on the phone and then turn it back on;
4. Select the band in the Bluetooth interface of the phone and cancel the pairing. Try reconnect in the Mi Fitness APP, and tap [Confirm] to complete the reconnection when the pairing prompt pops up.
