Why does the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 not receive incoming call reminder?

If the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 doesn’t receive incoming call reminder, please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Please confirm whether the incoming call reminder is enabled on the Mi Fitness APP;
2. Please confirm whether the Mi Fitness APP has sufficient permissions, including the permission to receive incoming calls and the permission to run in the background, to ensure that the Mi Fitness APP can push incoming calls to the band in the background;
3. Please confirm whether the following modes are enabled on the band, which will silence the message reminders:
(1) DND mode;
(2) DND is enabled on the phone and is synchronized with the band;
(3) Sleep mode.
Note:
The reminders of missed calls are pushed by the phone, which can’t be controlled by the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 or the Mi Fitness APP.
