If the Xiaomi Home App can’t find the robot vacuum, please refer to the following steps:
1. The robot vacuum is powered off, so the App cannot connect to it. Press and hold the power button to turn it on;
2. The home Wi-Fi network has no internet access. Add or reset the robot vacuum’s network connection, preferably connecting it to a router closer to the robot vacuum for better signal strength;
3. The App’s permissions (such as Bluetooth or location) are disabled on the phone. Ensure the App has all necessary permissions enabled (Bluetooth, location);
4. If the network is unstable or the signal is weak, try switching to a different 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network or using a mobile hotspot;
5. Upgrade the robot vacuum’s firmware via the App if an upgrade is available;
6. Press and hold the reset button to perform a reset on the robot vacuum;
7. If the problem continues, please contact the after-sales service center for further inspection.
