Why does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40C turn off automatically?
The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40C will not turn off automatically when it has sufficient battery and is operating properly. After cleaning is completed, the robot vacuum will automatically return to the dock for charging.
If your robot vacuum automatically shuts down, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check if the battery level is too low. Manually place the vacuum back onto the charging dock;
2. The device will automatically return to the charging dock when the battery is low. If it shuts down automatically, check whether there are any obstacles around the charging dock or if the vacuum was moved during cleaning, which may prevent it from recharging properly;
3. If the device shuts down while on the charging dock, please check whether the charging contacts are clean, the dock is powered properly, and the vacuum is correctly aligned with the dock;
