If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ fails to collect dust, it can be due to a full or improperly installed dust bag, a blocked or dirty suction inlet, or the vacuum not properly docking with the station. Power issues or sensor malfunctions within the station can also cause collection failures.
If your robot vacuum encounters this problem, please refer to the following steps:
1. Ensure that the all-in-one station is powered and executing the dust collection task. The dust cover of the dust bin and the dust bag should be properly covered and installed;
2. Check if the dust bag is full. If it is full, replace it and try again;
3. Check if the dust collection port of robot vacuum and the all-in-one station, and the dust collection outlet of the dust bin are blocked. Please clean them before use;
4. Check if the auto-dust collection setting in the Xiaomi Home App is turned off. If it is off, please turn it on and try again;
5. Check if the charging electrode window is dirty, which can prevent signal transmission. Clean it with a dry tissue and try again;
6. If there is a large amount of dust and dirt in your home, it is recommended to set the dust collection frequency to collect dust every time;
7. If the issue persists after these steps, please please contact after-sales service for further assistance or inspection.
