Why can't the mop pad on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ dry?
The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ includes a mop pad drying feature to prevent odors, mold, and bacteria buildup. By drying the mop pad after each cleaning session, the vacuum helps maintain hygiene and extend its lifespan.
If the mop pad on the robot vacuum cannot dry, please refer to the following information:
1. The robot vacuum will only wash and dry the mop pad after completing the cleaning task and returning to the station. If it is in a cleaning pause state, it will not perform the drying task;
2. Check if the air-drying duration is too short. You can adjust the air-drying duration in the Xiaomi Home App;
3. If the mop pad still feels slightly damp after automatic drying, you can manually start the drying again on the station, extend the drying time, or manually remove the mop pad for air drying.
