The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ can be connected to the Xiaomi Home App for convenient control, including cleanups, managing maps, and customizing cleaning modes, which makes your cleaning experience smarter and more efficient.
If the robot vacuum is offline in the Xiaomi Home App, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check if the robot vacuum is turned off. If it is, press and hold the power button to turn it on;
2. The robot vacuum can continue cleaning even when offline. When the network signal improves, the robot vacuum will automatically return online;
