1. Make sure water has been filled at least to the minimum level line;
2. Confirm that the water tank is properly installed;
3. Check the water outlet and valve for blockages or clogs. You can use a clean, damp cloth or cotton swab to gently clear any debris from the nozzle or outlet;
4. Please check whether it is placed on a steep slope or experiencing wheel slippage. Move the robot vacuum to a flat surface, or adjust the terrain to ensure level ground before trying again;
5. Air bubbles prevent proper water flow. Please shake the water tank gently or refill it to release trapped air;
6. Restart the robot vacuum and check again;
7. Make sure the firmware is up to date using the Xiaomi Home App, as updates fix water flow-related bugs;
8. Confirm is there any physical damages on the robot vacuum.
