If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ can’t be charged, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. The robot vacuum’s charging pins or the station’s metal contacts can be dirty, dusty, or misaligned, preventing a proper connection. Clean the charging contacts on both the station and the robot vacuum with a dry cloth;
2. The robot vacuum has a docking failure. The robot can fail to dock properly, especially if the docking station is not placed on a flat, stable surface and there's too much obstructions around the charging station;
3. The power cord or adapter for the charging station is unplugged, damaged, or connected to a faulty outlet;
4. If the battery is too hot or too cold, the robot vacuum can refuse to charge for safety reasons;
5. The robot vacuum failed to depart from the station before starting the cleaning process, or it was moved during the cleaning process, which led to a failure in its positioning.
If the above methods fail to solve the problem, please contact the local after-sales service for assistance.
