What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Projector L1 Pro cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network?

Several factors will affect the Wi-Fi network connecting to the Xiaomi Smart Projector L1 Pro, such as power supply issues, network hardware damage, software faults, and system abnormality.
If the projector cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network, please refer to the following details:
1. Check if there are any special characters in the Wi-Fi name, change the router Wi-Fi name and password to English/numeric type, and then try to connect;
2. Please check if the Wi-Fi password is correct. Select the Wi-Fi name, press the "right key" on the remote control, select [Ignore this network], and then re-enter the password;
3. Check if the router DHCP function is turned on. If DHCP is turned off, the projector cannot automatically obtain an IP address;
4. Check if the router restricts more terminal access. If the router only allows whitelisted devices to access Wi-Fi, please add the projector's MAC address to the whitelist and try to connect again;
5. Check if the projector can connect to other Wi-Fi (such as mobile phone hotspots). If it can connect, restart or reset the router;
6. If the router have been ruled out, it might be an abnormality with the system. You can go to [All settings] >> choose [System] >> enter [About] >> find and select [Reset] >> choose the [Factory reset] to reset the projector.
Note:
The reset operation will erase all data. Before resetting, please ensure that all important data has been transferred.
If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please apply for the after-sales inspection.
