What to do if the water tank of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H40 falls off?
If the water tank of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H40 falls off, it is due to improper installation. When installing the water tank, make sure it is securely in place.
To reinstall the water tank onto the robot vacuum, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure the mop pad is properly attached to the bottom of the water tank assembly.
2. Align the water tank with the designated slot on the underside of the robot vacuum, following the directional arrows in the picture below.
3. Gently slide the tank into place, then press down until you hear a clear “click,” indicating it is securely locked.
4. Finally, gently pull on the water tank to confirm that it is properly installed and will not come loose during cleaning.
