If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H40 can't get over the slope, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check whether the slope angle exceeds the robot's climbing capability (up to 10°). If so, try reducing the incline if possible;
2. Make sure the surface of the slope is clean, dry, and not too smooth, as slippery or dusty surfaces can cause the robot to slip;
3. Remove any small objects or debris from the slope that can obstruct movement;
4. Inspect and clean the wheels of the robot to ensure proper traction;
5. If the slope cannot be adjusted, consider relocating the robot to a flat area for cleaning;
6. After adjustment, restart the vacuum and observe if it can pass the slope smoothly.
Note:
Over time, the drive wheels of the robot vacuum can accumulate dust and debris, which reduces traction and affects its ability to cross obstacles or climb slopes. Please clean the drive wheels with a soft brush or cloth regularly.
