If the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg cannot connect with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. The washing machine can only connect Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi instead of 5GHz Wi-Fi;
2. Check whether the router is working properly to ensure smooth network operation;
3. Check whether the Wi-Fi name or password has been changed. You can try reset device to reset Wi-Fi;
4. Check whether the [Hubs & gateways] option in Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP is enabled. (Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> [Profile] >> [Hubs & gateways]. This option needs to be turned off);
5. Check if there are too many devices connected to the router and the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg has a weak signal. (Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> three-dots icon on the upper right corner >> [More device info] >> [Device network]) If the RSSI is lower than 60, it indicates the signal is weak;
6. Press and hold the Start button for seven seconds to reset the washing machine Wi-Fi and reconnect.
