If the buttons of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg fail to work, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if there is any water on your hands or buttons, wipe them dry and try again;
2. Check whether the Child Lock is turned on. If the Child Lock is turned on, the buttons cannot be operated. Please remove the Child Lock before operating. Press and hold Dry to turn the Child Lock on or off;
3. The program icons display only and cannot be operated. Please press the Program button to select a function.
