What to do if there's freezing of Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg?
If there's freezing of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. It is not recommended to use the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg below 0°C. If it freezes, please cut off the water and electricity, stop using it;
2. If the drain hose or water inlet is frozen, move the washing machine to a warmer environment or use a hair dryer (on low heat) to gently thaw the frozen sections;
3. Please do not forcibly operate the washing machine or try to run a wash cycle while frozen, as this can damage the motor or drum;
4. Once thawed, check all water inlets, outlets, and the drum for leaks caused by ice expansion.
If the washing machine does not return to normal after thawing, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
