To solve the shifting of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg during operation, please refer to the following steps:
1. For new machines that have not been installed, please check whether the Transit Bolt has been removed;
2. The machine needs to be installed on a hard, flat, clean, and level ground free from water and oil;
3. Once the washing machine is in place, check whether it is stable. If the washing machine wobbles, adjust the leveling feet to make sure it remains stable;
Here are the steps to adjust the balance of the washing machine for your reference:
(1). Press the two ends of a diagonal line on the top of the washing machine with both hands respectively to see whether it wobbles and whether it needs to adjust the foot;
(2). Use the Feet Adjusting Wrench to turn a foot bolt counterclockwise to loosen it;
(3). Turn the leveling foot and adjust it to the desired height. Turn counterclockwise to raise the feet, and turn clockwise to lower the feet;
(4). After adjustment, press the two ends of a diagonal line on the top of the washing machine with both hands respectively to see whether it wobbles. Check the two ends on the other diagonal line using the same method.
(5). Use the wrench to tighten the foot bolt. Adjust the other leveling feet by the same method to ensure the washing machine is level and stable.
Note:
Do not place wooden pieces or any other items under the feet, as this can cause excessive vibration or noise during operation.
4. Check if there are too many clothes in the washing machine. Too many clothes will cause the washing machine to make too much noise. Please put in the clothes according to the maximum capacity of different programs and do not exceed the limit;
5. Please check if the clothes inside are seriously entangled. Please take out the clothes after pausing, and put them back in after they are all tangled and continue the previous procedure.
