What to do if there is loud noise when the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg is filling water?
When the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg is filling water, the water inlet valve works and there will be a certain sound, which is a normal phenomenon.
If the noise is too loud, please refer to the following steps to clean Water Inlet Valve Filter:
1. It is recommended that the water pressure is 0.05-0.8MPa. If the water pressure is too low, the sound of water inflow will be too loud. Please avoid peak hours or add more pumps;
2. Please check whether the Water Inlet Valve Filter is blocked. A blocked Water Inlet Valve Filter will cause a loud sound of water inlet.
To clean the Water Inlet Valve Filter, please refer to the following steps:
1. Turn off the water tap and unplug the power cord. Loosen and remove the water inlet hose from the back of the washer dryer. Cover the port with a cloth to prevent water from spraying out;
2. Pull out the filter cover from the water inlet valve hole with nipper pliers and clean it thoroughly;
3. Use a brush to clean the inside and the outside of the threaded connector;
4. Reinstall the Water Inlet Valve Filter cover. Turn on the water tap and make sure there is no water leakage at the connection.
Note:
This washing machine needs to be used in environments with an ambient temperature above 0°C.
