If the detergent in the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg cannot be rinsed into the machine or there is always detergent residue, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the water pressure is normal. It is recommended to use the water pressure between 0.05MPa-0.8MPa. If the water pressure is too low, the water will flow slowly and the detergent will not be able to be flushed in;
2. Check whether the water inlet filter is clogged. If the water inlet filter is clogged, the water will flow slowly and the detergent will not be able to flow in. Please clean the water inlet filter.
If the above methods still cannot solve the problem, please contact the after-sales service center.
