How to open the door of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg during washing?

To open the door when the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg is running, the following conditions are required:
  1. The washing machine has reached a safe water level;
  2. The temperature inside the washing machine has reached a safe temperature;
  3. Remote control is off.
Here are steps to open the door when the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg is running for your reference:
  1. Press the pause button to stop the washing machine;
  2. Open the door.
If the door cannot be opened, please follow the steps below:
(1). Select the Spin Only program, drain the water inside the washing machine;
(2). Press the pause button again and open the door;
(3). If the internal temperature is high, wait until the temperature drops before opening the door;
(4). Check if the remote control is turned off. The door cannot be opened when the remote control is turned on;
(5). If you cannot wait long enough, open the drain filter cover and unplug the emergency drain pipe to drain the water;
(6). In case of emergency, you can open the door by pulling down the emergency release cord with a tool.
