If the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg does not spin, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Make sure the door is closed when running Spin Only program and press and hold on Start button. For safety reasons, the washing machine will not tumble or spin until the door is closed;
2. Make sure the pipe between the Drain Hose and the drainage outlet is not bent;
3. Make sure the Drain Pump Filter Cover is not clogged, and clean it regularly;
4. Check whether the Drain Hose is inserted too deep into the sewer. If the Drain Hose is inserted too deep into the sewer, the washing machine will not drain. In severe cases, it will cause siphoning. Please remove the Drain Hose from the sewer and place it next to the sewer.
If the above methods still cannot solve the problem, please contact after-sales service.
