What to do if there is no water supply when using the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg?
If there is no water supply when using the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Turn the tap on fully and make sure the cold water tap and the hot water tap are connected correctly;
2. Ensure the water pressure at 0.05-0.8MPa. If the water pressure is too low, it will cause water failure. Or use it at off-peak hours to avoid concentrated water use;
3. Make sure the mesh filter on the Water Inlet Hose is not clogged. Clean the Water Inlet Hose or Water Inlet Valve Filter that will be blocked;
4. Ensure not open the Delay program;
5. Press the start button to start.
If the above methods still cannot solve the problem, please contact the after-sales service center.
Note:
If the filter on the water inlet pipe is clogged or the water pressure is low, it will also cause insufficient or slow water supply when using the washing machine.
