If the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg doesn’t stop fill water, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the water intake of the washing machine has exceeded the door. If it has, please apply for the after-sales inspection;
2. If the water intake does not reach the water level, the washing machine will continue to fill with water. Please wait until the water level is reached;
If the washing machine does not reach the water level for a long time, please refer to the following steps:
(1). Make sure the mesh filter on the Water Inlet Hose is not clogged. Clean the Water Inlet Hose or water inlet valve filter that will be blocked;
(2). Ensure the water pressure at 0.05-0.8MPa. If the water pressure is too low, it will cause water failure. Or use it at off-peak hours to avoid concentrated water use.
Note:
If the above methods still cannot solve the problem, it is recommended to purchase a booster pump, but the water pressure should not exceed 0.8Mpa.
3. Please check whether the Drain Hose of the washing machine is draining water at the same time as the water is entering.
If this happens, it means that the Drain Hose of the washing machine is too low. For the washing machine is designed as upper drainage, please lift the Drain Hose to the bracket on the back of the washing machine.
