1. Check whether there is power in the power supply. Use other electrical appliances to plug into the washing machine power supply and confirm whether it can be used. If it cannot be used, please check the power supply at home;
2. Make sure the washing machine’s door is closed;
3. Make sure the water inlet is turned on;
4. Press and hold the power button to start the washing machine;
5. Make sure the child lock is disabled;
6. Before the water starts to flow in, there will be a series of clicking sounds and rapid drainage to confirm whether the washing machine door is locked. This is a normal phenomenon;
