What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40 gets stuck while cleaning?
If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40 is stuck during cleaning, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. The robot vacuum can pass over objects up to 2cm in height. If the robot vacuum gets stuck with slippers, plastic bags and other debris at home, please try to tidy up the debris before cleaning to avoid it getting stuck again. After solving the stuck problem, try to place the robot vacuum in a nearby cleaned area to continue cleaning;
2. If the robot vacuum encounters the bottom of furniture that is close to the height of the robot vacuum during cleaning, it will get stuck. Please set up a Virtual wall/Restricted area to prevent the robot vacuum from entering again;
3. If the brushes are entangled with the power cord, charging cable, etc. in the home. After dealing with the entanglement, please put the robot vacuum near the place that needs further cleaning and make the robot vacuum continue to work.
