2. Push the Joystick on the monitor to the right to open the menu, go to [System] >> select [Volume] >> adjust the volume level;
3. Go to [Windows Settings] >> [System] >> [Sound] >> [Output] >> make sure [Mi monitor] is selected as the output playback device;
4. Check if the output source is selected incorrectly, such as mistakenly choosing the speaker;
5. If the monitor’s audio output is not detected, try restarting your computer or updating the audio and display drivers.
