Why can’t the Xiaomi Smart Camera C100 be connected to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP?

To resolve the Xiaomi Smart Camera C100 not being able to connect to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, please refer to the following steps:
1. Please exit the APP connection interface, reset the camera and reconnect;
2. Please restart the router and keep the camera close to the router;
3. Please check whether the Wi-Fi network is normal. You can use the phone hotspot to check it. If the camera can connect to the hotspot, there are Wi-Fi abnormalities. Please contact the Wi-Fi carrier to solve the issue.
Note:
1. The camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure your router is not set to 5GHz only;
2. During pairing, keep the camera, phone, and router within close range to ensure a stable signal.
