Firmware update failures on the Xiaomi Smart Camera C100 are caused by unstable network conditions or temporary server issues. Please try again in a different network environment. If your network is stable, simply try again at a later time.
Note:
1. Avoid using public Wi-Fi networks that have unstable or restricted connections;
2. Keep the device powered on and connected to the network during the entire upgrade process;
3. If the upgrade fails repeatedly, try restarting both the device and your router before attempting again;
4. Make sure the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP is updated to the latest version;
5. Avoid interrupting the upgrade by disconnecting power or network; doing so can cause firmware corruption.
