Several factors will make the real-time surveillance time of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C300 in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP different from the time displayed on the phone, such as camera settings, outdated firmware version, and network delay.
If the camera time displayed in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP is different from the phone, please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Please check whether the time zone of the camera is the same as your phone. You can go to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> [Xiaomi Smart Camera C300] >> three-dot icon >> [Additional settings] >> [Device time zone] >> select the corresponding time zone;
2. Please check the available firmware update of the camera in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. If so, please update it in time, which will correct the system bugs;
3. Please switch to another Wi-Fi network to check whether the time displayed difference is caused by the network issue;
4. If the above methods can’t solve the issue, please submit feedback in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP.
