Why can't the call history be synced on the Redmi 13?

The inability to sync call history on the Redmi 13 can stem from several factors:
1. Check whether the SIM card is activated. Call history, SMS, and other sync items function differently. If the SIM card is not activated, SMS and call history will not be synced. However, other items such as contacts, photos, and notes can still be synced normally.
If the SIM card is successfully activated, the phone will only sync the cloud call history associated with the currently installed SIM card. Call records that are not linked to the installed SIM card will not be synced;
2. Check if you're logged into the same Xiaomi Account across devices, as synchronization relies on this. If the problem persists, please re-login to your Xiaomi Account to retry;
3. Ensure that the sync call logs function is enabled in the Xiaomi Cloud settings ([Settings] >> [Xiaomi Account] >> [Xiaomi Cloud] >> enable call history sync);
4. Network issues or unstable internet connections can also disrupt synchronization. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data or restarting your device.
