If your Mi Box freezes on the startup logo, it indicates a system boot issue that prevents the device from loading the home screen. This happens due to software glitches, corrupted firmware, or failed updates.
To address this issue, it is recommended to refer to the following steps:
1. Disconnect the power, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in to restart the device;
2. Ensure all connections are secure and the power source is stable;
3. Try a different TV port, switch the HDMI cable to another HDMI port on your TV;
4. Unplug the power cord, then press and hold the [OK] (the central button within the circular navigation pad used to confirm selections) and [Back] (located below the navigation pad) buttons on the remote; while holding them, reconnect the power, enter recovery mode, and use the remote to select [Wipe data] or [Factory reset];
5. If the reset doesn’t work, you can request after-sales service.
