If the Xiaomi Smartphone cannot read the Octopus card, please refer to the following troubleshooting solutions:
1. Make sure the NFC function is supported by your phone, and it is enabled;
2. Make sure the Octopus APP is the latest version for best compatibility;
3. When using the Octopus card, please place the card close to the NFC area on the back of the phone. And keep it stable, and then wait for the prompt;
4. Turning off other wireless functions, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc., which can have a slight impact on the NFC signal. Try again after turning them off;
5. You can restart the phone, which can sometimes solve temporary problems;
6. Update the phone system to the latest version;
