If the Xiaomi Pad 6's Bluetooth can't be used, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Make sure that both devices have Bluetooth enabled and keep the devices within optimal range. Wait for a while for the pairing to complete;
2. Check if other devices can find the target Bluetooth device;
3. It is recommended to move to an environment with less signal interference and try the connection again;
4. Restarting Bluetooth on both devices. Delete the existing pairing information, then try pairing them again from scratch;
5. Reboot your pad and the Bluetooth device you’re trying to connect, then attempt the connection again;
6. Go to [Settings] >> [More connectivity options] >> tap [Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth] to reset network settings;
7. Update the pad and the other device to the latest version;
8. If the issue still persists after the above troubleshooting steps, you can go to [Settings] >> [About tablet] >> [Detailed info and specs] >> tap [Kernel version] five times in a row >> check whether the [Bluetooth scan] can work well. If there’s a hardware failure, please take the device along with the invoice to the local official after-sales center for further assistance.
